Farm to Market Water Lilies is not responsible for damages caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any shipping method. Suppose shipping takes longer than the standard 2 - 3 day shipping. Texas summers can be brutal, so plants may look a little bad when receiving them, which is out of our hands, but they will bounce back within a couple of weeks. If it takes longer than usual, please, take photos of plants as soon as they come in and go to your post office to file a claim.
