Red Flare - Night Bloomer
Nymphaea “Red Flare” Night blooming non-viviparous. Bred by Randig 1938. A must for medium to large ponds. The Red Flare will start blooming at 8 pm till about 11 am. The flowers are slightly fragrant and stand well above the water's surface.
Large Plant size.
Will survive over winter in zones 9 to 11. This Night Bloomer can grow in a two or three-gallon container. Good for earthen ponds as well. This plant has the potential to grow very large.
Single blooms of up to 5” to 10” inches across.
Leaves are brownish-green in color and spread 6” to 14” wide.
