Nymphaea “Colorado” Hardy. Bred by Dr. Kirk Strawn in 1998. Very Fragrant and an excellent bloomer, and produces leaves very well. The flowers mainly rest on the water surface. Prefers full sun and no shade.

Medium to Large size.

Will survive overwinter in zones 4 to 11. You can grow a Colorado in a two or three-gallon container. Good for earthen ponds as well. Will grow in water 1’ foot to 3’ feet

Double blooms of up to 4” to 7” inches across.

Full Spread is 3’ to 7’ wide.
